Terms and Conditions of the Levi's® Loop programme:

To be eligible for Levi’s® Loop points, you must join the Levi’s® Loop by spending R400 or more on one purchase at any Levi’s® Outlet Store or R600 or more on one purchase at a Levi’s® Retail Store and then sign up by completing the form and giving your details to the sales assistant.

To earn Levi’s® Loop points you must present your Levi’s® Loop card before your purchase has been rung up at the till. Points cannot be claimed after a purchase has been rung up.

Members earn 1 point for every R2 spent on a purchase of Levi’s® merchandise from a Levi’s® Store. (1 point is equal to 10c)

Points may only be redeemed after accumulating a total of 750 points and thereafter in increments of 750 points. Each 750 points accumulation is redeemable as R75 discount off a member’s next purchase.

Only goods purchased at full or indicated price qualify for Levi’s® Loop points.

Levi’s® Loop vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Levi’s® Loop vouchers can only be used on a minimum purchase amount of R75.

Points can only be redeemed against a purchase made at a Levi’s® Retail Store.

Points will be carried over from month to month, but will expire after 12 months of inactivity on the account – i.e. no further purchases have been made. Members whose cards have been inactive for this period of time will receive an sms notification two months before the points expire.

Points are not exchangeable for cash or store gift vouchers. Points are also not refundable if purchased items are returned.

A lost membership card will be replaced free of charge.

A member’s points balance can be viewed online at www.levi.co.za/loop, can be printed out by a sales assistant in any Levi’s® Store or can be given to a member when they call 0860 00 LOOP (5667).

Levi Strauss South Africa reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Levi’s® Loop programme, or terminate the programme or any membership and will notify members of such actions on the Levi’s® Loop website at least 20 working days prior to the action taking place.
